We’ve been working hard on construction since fall 2023 and have stayed on schedule to finish in summer 2024. Major milestones are complete like tree removal and pruning, curb, gutter and sidewalk improvements, plaza additions, stamped concrete and electrical upgrades at key intersections. We are now finishing grading and underground drainage work, adding asphalt paving and fencing, and building a retaining wall at the Land Park underpass among other activities.

The City will keep you updated through e-newsletters and signage in addition to updating this website and please note some dates may shift due to weather conditions. The general contractor is Mountain Methods Inc. and the project is being completed under City Project No. K15165100 and Federal Aid Project No. ATPL-5002(189).
